Welcome to the gardens of Alton Towers in Alton, Staffordshire. The attraction site is on a former statley home, so you can imagine that the gardens were well preserved and kept to a high standard. Just by looking at the pictures makes you realize why the theme park was placed there. One of the lucky things about living in the United Kingdom, is how beautiful the landscape is. With luscious greenery and streams, lakes, rivers and forests, you can realize how special the U.K really is. We over here are renowned for our gardens, wether it is within a park, castle or palace.
So if you do ever get the chance to visit this country and it’s theme parks, you should just take time out just to walk along the nature paths and enjoy the scenery. Where i live in Sussex we have a wonderful looking forest, known as Ashdown Forest.
So walking through Alton Towers you get to see some amazing sites, beautiful looking gardens and streams, with a fountain and some monuments. It is like being in a fairy land. So let the kids go on the rides and mum’s and dad’s, you go for your walks within the gardens and eat you picnic in the park fields, watching nature at it’s best and and enjoying the pond life.
Hope you do have a chance to visit Alton Towers.
