Virtual Running the Tokyo Marathon

By Nick on March 18, 2009

The Tokyo marathon is a big occasion in Japan’s capital, and many of the foreign community would love to participate, but the odds of getting selected as one of the lucky 5,000 runners are pretty slim. That’s why Joseph Tame of TameGoesWild.com is sharing his good fortune by attaching an iPhone to his forehead and streaming live video of the event as he runs it! What’s more, you can send messages of support to his phone which will cause it to vibrate and encourage him to run even faster!

On March 22nd, I’ll be virtually running the Tokyo marathon without even leaving my chair. Why not join me? Joseph is here to tell you more, and you can read the buzz on iPhoning Japan.
