Bad taste or not, the video could be funnier if they showed a doctor going to the dead protester and salvage the organs to sell to rich people needing transplants. The ultimate in being "green"! Not only do you get the firing squad for protesting in Red China, but you get _recycled_.

As far as the Olympics, it has devolved into a steroid developers' convention anyways. And get this about hypocricy. It was East Germany who foisted the scourge of 'roids onto sport in the first place. Winning isn't everything. It's the only thing.

I agree with what you say Mike, it has been a shambles from day one from Athens onwards etc. North Korea wouldn't have had demonstrations whatever is going on, that's North Korea for you. The Henchmen that is just China showing off cause they can, you wouldn't want to mess with them on a dark night. Anyway I think it was a bunch of Giant Panda's dressed up as Henchmen. And the torch was made from Bamboo. joke! What made me laugh was the London police running alongside the Henchmen, they looked like they were preparing for the police olympics it was so funny, they really did well.

I wish I had some henchmen following me wherever I go, and perhaps a giant panda, too. That would be so cool!

I like the video Mark. I know it's not politically correct, but I thought it was funny. People should loosen up!

Seriously the Olympics are a joke anyways. Not that other countries are perfect but its common knowledge that China violates human rights! What really gets me is when they ran the Olympic torch with all of these Chinese henchman who were there to protect the torch as it was run through each country. Oh and the cherry on top was when they ran the torch through North Korea! Maybe China shared the torch with them cause it wouldn't make China look as bad!

I feel really bad about the video, but it is really clever, there are other videos after that video showing you life in china. I am glad you both like the blog about china it is a very interesting country. And if people get a chance to go they should. If anyone out there comes from china or has visited the country i would love to know their thoughts.

Oh Mark! I don't like the video at all. Where did you find it? I did however like the view of China. I found it very informative. Keep it up with more appealing videos next time

That video was in bad taste, but it still made me laugh! China gets a bad rap in the media, but is a country full of wonder and optimism. I would love to visit there someday.

Speaking of China, did you know they recently lent Japan two giant pandas? As a political back rub, the Japanese government happily agreed to take the pandas, but the public aren't too happy about the $1 million a year "panda rental" fees we have to pay China.
